"FREE YOUR MIND" by Nova Mendoza
"Dealing with mental illness my whole life (depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD) hasn't always been easy, but as I've gotten older and wiser, and have learned to appreciate all the things I have been through - the good and the bad - because it has made me into the woman I am today. Learning to accept and love myself has been the biggest and longest journey I have ever been on, the most important lesson I've learned is that in order to achieve change and growth, you must learn to FREE YOUR MIND."

"I have many faces, but I am just one man."

"CLIMB" by Katie Rennett
"Turn photo to the left. Now the jar is crooked and unbalanced. We are all unbalanced. The jar is from my childhood when I was in therapy. The jar also means we are tangled in this world full of weeds and negativity. The girl is faceless because she is everybody and nobody all at once. I feel blank and like a nobody sometimes. She is trying to get untangled and climb her way up to the beautiful flowers that are full of positivity. The flowers are red, blue, and purple and orange because when I was in therapy, I put a red marble for a bad day, blue marble for good days, and purple marble for 'I don't know days'. Orange flower means the future - hope for a brighter future."

"There are two guarantees in life: life and death. What you do in between those dates will be your lasting legacy."
"We all handle grief differently. This time around has been life altering for me. My perspective of life has changed. I have grown from counting my days into making my days count. Cherishing every day that we have with our loved ones is very important for me. I have taken this opportunity to look back at each and every loss in my life and properly processing my grief has been empowering. I realized how at times, I was crippled in so many ways. Depression affected every aspect of my life as a result. I struggled spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally. This wake-up call currently has my life on pause. In this time, I have learned to cherish memories, be present in the moment, and I do not take anyone for granted. I have learned showing love, being vulnerable, and asking for help does not make me weak. They are actually a sign of strength. I truly have hope that I will see my loved ones on the other side of Heaven. Properly processing grief is monumental in the healing process!!!"

"Just Breathe" by Precious
"My piece shows how social media and other things influence someone's mental health. Nowadays everyone pays attention to what's on a screen and compare themselves. The positive influences are on the left and the negative influences are on the right. Remember you are not what you see. Everyone is unique and special in their own way. Just breathe. You're enough."
